I can claim a semi-victory in one of my "Tsunami Tuesday" predictions. West Virginia's Republicans held their convention today, and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee won all 18 of the state's delegates to the national convention.
I predicted that Huckabee and front-runner John McCain would be the top two finishers in West Virginia. Huckabee got 52% of the vote at the convention, Mitt Romney got 47% and McCain got 1%
Huckabee, Romney and Texas Rep. Ron Paul apparently made in-person appeals for delegate support in West Virginia. McCain, as I understand it, did not make an appearance.
Polls are still open in the primary states so if you haven't voted yet, you still have time.
